Performing complicated, multi-step tasks on a computer has been reduced to a simple text exchange, and we believe this will be as transformative as the graphical user interface or the smartphone. Our mission is to bring this technology to every small service business in North America.

Your plumber, barber, and electrician quietly make up the backbone of the North American economy. Small service businesses account for 7.6% of GDP and 10.6% of jobs, yet they have been poorly served by traditional software.

Today, small business owners have to navigate dozens of tools to run their business: CRMs, accounting software, ad platforms, email applications, and domain-specific dashboards. Even if they invest the time to learn these tools, they have a full-time job: running their business. So they inevitably find themselves at a disadvantage against their larger, better-resourced competitors.

It doesn't have to be this way. Frontier models can perform much of the marketing, operational, and strategic work that small businesses need to grow. Broad-scale deployment of these models should dramatically increase productivity across the economy, and give independent companies a leg up against large corporations.

The alternative is ugly. Our future must be a high-growth, high-productivity economy built around independent business owners, not a cycle of endless automation.
